SUGGESTION: Tell Commissioner Edelblut to REJECT the rules proposed by Bramante. CBE is a progressive workforce training model that was pushed during the Lynch/Hassan Admin. SEE ATTACHED file. 

This is all a shift to Competency Based Ed promoted by Bramante and the progressive education reformers. 
On slide #5, you will see the name Nick Donohue who is the former president at Nellie Mae.  Nellie Mae is funded by Bill Gates and the Feds who work to turn students into community organizers. He was also the Deputy Commissioner at the NH Dept of Ed, many years ago.
