One-size fits all policies from the statehouse to your NH city/town. Local sovereignty has been sold for federal dollars.
Property owners and management companies have been in incentivised to build “affordable/workforce” housing in your home community.
Yet, still today, our “republican” legislators in Concord have done nothing to rectify this form of tyranny.

Planning/Housing/Development:
– National Zoning Atlas Makes Headway
This is a nationwide effort to shame and destroy SF zoning. The same thing was just done here in NH with the NH Zoning Atlas.
They claim it was for convenience but it came from the “Center for Ethics” run by a libertarian socialist who wants to decimate SF neighborhoods. (Jason Sorens)
– Historic John Prescott Chase Farmhouse gets a new lease on life as workforce housing
NH passed a bill in the budget (the usual sneaky way) that will allow historic places to become ‘workforce housing’. (A beautiful historic home is now going to be turned into apartments).
– New vision for Liberty Lane in Hampton: Affordable apartments, restaurant, and dog park
