This is the link to Today’s zoom presentation by Kent Chamberlain UNH emeritus professor and radiation expert. This includes a short presentation of what has been done in North Hampton to address the patchy cell service, especially along the beach. This is a viable option for the adjacent area in Hampton which, done correctly, would give robust cell service without the risk of harm.
