You will see HB 463 appear on the monitors on either side of the Speaker’s chair shortly thereafter. State Rep. Nikki McCarter is the first speaker on this bill. State Rep. Clayton Wood also spoke. State Reps. Claudine Burnham and Robert Wherry were ready to speak and for whatever reason did not get called.
