“Please take notice that the SAU70 Board and its employees, specifically Tim Boyle, Julie Stevenson, and Jay Badams, have been and continue to operate outside of the terms of the Express Trust. Genders other than male and female are being presented in various teachings at SAU70 schools. School library books and flags representing them can be seen throughout the school buildings. Students are regularly being asked what their pronouns are, which highlights what gender they see themselves as. None of this is within the terms of the Trust that the school agents are bound by. New Hampshire Constitution Part 1 Art 8 contains the expressly written instruction reserving to the people a guaranteed right to an accountable government:”
