Here is an example of more reasons to urge the Senators to vote no on HB 463…
HB463 will accelerate illegal voting and destroy the NH Citizens voters rights, trust, transparency and confidence. HB 463 is creating a separate class of voter with additional rights contrary to fair and equal treatment under the NH Constitution.
Lets start with the obvious process debacle first. In a time of mass illegal immigration, anyone can vote in NH with no form of anything confirming who they are.

Here is the link to the absentee ballot application. There is NO ID required. just sign the application.( see Page #60 election Law manual)
You email the application to the town clerk and if you are a voter, they mail it to you to the requested address. You simply sign your own envelope swearing that it is you. Theoretically the signature is to match the application BUT NH has made it illegal for the moderators to compare signatures to insure the returned ballot matches the application. You will see they can sign affidavits to confirm their identity & citizen ship as well as a second affidavit for domicile. Once you sign these 2 affidavits, you are ready to be added to the voter rolls. This is what the portal will enable…(Explained in RSA 657:4. )
Most Troubling…The phone number and email address provided are confidential and exempt from disclosure under Right to Know Law RSA 654:31-a
We have little to no protection in NH to make sure the voters are actually legit NH people voting. This doesn’t even scratch the whole risk of a third party vendor owning our database and the SoS control of the rolls & vendor relationship. Â
NY had algorithms in their registration database that created hundreds of thousands of fake voters who voted in the elections…. 63 of 63 counties audited had the coding embedded to create a web of fake voters who were used to manipulate election outcomes. This means if they cant game the system with people registering under fake names, they don’t have to! They will just make them up as part of the software in the registration database!
