HB396 will go before the Senate Ed Committee for a vote. Then it will go to the full NH Senate to vote on their recommendation. 

WE NEED PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS to the NH SENATORS to SUPPORT HB396 with NO AMENDMENTS
School Superintendents are claiming that they have to allow biological boys in the girls’ restrooms, and vice versa. They say they can’t make the restrooms sex segregated. 
THIS LEGISLATION (HB396) allows schools to make restrooms sex segregated. It does mean that you will have to fight that at the local level, but right now, you don’t have a chance. 

PLEASE make a phone call, and leave a message, OR send an email. 

Simply say: PLEASE vote to SUPPORT HB396 so our girls do not have to share the restrooms/locker rooms with biological boys.
