There was a citizens’ audit done on Senate Race 24 back in November of 2022 for Lou Garguilo. The results of the audit showed 100 election violation findings. These findings were presented to the Ballot Law Commission and after the hearing they voted to send the findings to the AG’s office for them to investigate the violations. Lou recently received a report from the AG’s office letting him know they are not looking into the reported election violations. This is why he is calling for this meeting at the Capitol. Please come and support him.

“All power residing originally in, and being derived from, the people, all the magistrates and officers of government are their SUBSTITUTES and AGENTS, and ARE ALL TIMES ACCOUNTABLE TO THEM.
“Government, therefore, should be open, accessible, accountable and responsive. To that end, the public’s right of access to governmental proceedings and records shall not be unreasonably restricted. The public also has a right to an orderly, LAWFUL, and ACCOUNTABLE government.”
