September 11, 2025 – Housing and the Economy – Speaker Series

Dear Friends,

It’s hard to imagine that summer is almost over, but here we are. We hope yours has been enjoyable.

As we mentioned in our last message, bills damaging to local control were passed, in particular HB 577, which basically outlaws single family neighborhoods. If you or anyone you know lives in a formerly single family zoned neighborhood where now, multiple units are  being built, we’d love to hear about it.

We are hopeful that some of these damaging bills can be repealed in the next legislative session… Meanwhile, the propaganda continues with forums around the state. Here is a free one.
