Video sent to the Clerks on how to make the new ballot boxes
*Listen for the instructions on the security seals. He states the original guidance was to add 3 security seals one on either side of the box and one in the front, now that is NOT the guidance, you only need one on the front. Why did this change?
*At the very end of the video he states that the voting machine memory cards need to be stored in the ballot boxes. Due to the holes on the sides of the box, we are giving you an envelope to store the memory cards in so they DON’T FALL OUT of the box! Our ballot boxes are supposed to be secure so no one can get in and nothing can get out.
***CALL TO ACTION***
Please email David Scanlan our Secretary of State, immediately, and tell him you would like him to send an email to all of the Clerks and tell them to add security tape down the sides of the boxes, covering up the handle holes, and add security tape around the ballot box label. The new labels are stickers and still need security tape around them so no one can peal them off and replace it with a new one.
