Dear GIP Friends,

If you care about election integrity, there are three Bills that will be heard tomorrow by the NH House Election Law Committee: HB243, HB244 and HB415.

PLEASE – take a few minutes and follow the steps below to individually SUPPORT EACH OF THESE BILLS.

HB415 would define ballots as public documents – and therefore enable anyone to be able to verify the results of any election by simply requesting to view the ballots.

HB243 – would make it clear that the final counting of the votes must  be done in public. Too many moderators do not perform this task within public oversight.

HB244 – would require the bolding of all names on the voter checklist of those who requested absentee ballots. This helps those who perform citizen audits to identify who voted in person and who voted via absentee ballot. 

You can support each of these Bills by following these simple steps below (once for each Bill) – BUT YOU MUST DO THIS BY END OF DAY TOMORROW (TUESDAY, 2/21/23).
