Dear members of the Election Law Committee-                                                        

Please support HB415 making ballots publicly available information.  Having the ability to access our ballots is critical for instilling confidence in fair elections.  

It is only through transparency can the people feel secure that our election results reflect the voice of the people.  Many states across the US allow this public access.

This basic right has been taken from us in 2003 by the passing of a non germane amendment as part of HB 627 without public debate.  

I respectfully request you stand for election transparency and support HB415 making ballots public information.
