Housing Appeals Board (HAB) defies the town of HOLLIS, NH Planning Board. Your town may be next!
Toddy Brook High Density Development
The (HAB) ruled against the judgement of our local Planning Board! The decision of the (HAB) indicates that they believe the documents submitted for final application were complete and sufficient for the Planning Board to decide upon.
The town’s position is that the submitted application was not complete. At stake is the grandfathered status of the 40-unit development. Hollis voters removed the high density development ordinance that would allow 40 units on the property after the proposal went to design review.
The latest news is that the town has decided to appeal the decision of the HAB to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
