Born in Concord, Brian is the son of John & Jeanne Cole. He had a unique childhood growing up because his father was a NH State Trooper and Park Ranger at Pawtuckaway State Park. He had a 5,500-acre backyard to play in as a child. He graduated from Raymond High School in 1990, then went to college at Southern New Hampshire University where he got his degrees in AS Accounting, BS Economics and Finance. He moved to Manchester in 1998 where he has lived since. He owns and operates JC International, a wholesale tool company that sells to retailers throughout the USA. This is his first term as a State Representative.

Mark Warden is running for election to the Manchester Board of School Committee to represent Ward 8 in New Hampshire. He is on the ballot in the primary on September 19, 2023. Warden (Republican Party) was a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough 15. He assumed office on December 5, 2018. He left office on December 7, 2022. Warden is a former Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough 39 from 2010 to 2014. Warden did not seek re-election in 2014.
