The corrupt weasels on the NH Supreme Court could allow Mr Richard to win this case because it does nothing to address the fact that. voters are always committing treason by voting for enemies named (D), (R) + (Esq). If the enemy attorneys in black robes rule for Richard, it helps them commit fraud against We the People by making them believe that the original 13th amendment does not exist and these attorneys can remain in our government to destroy our freedom.
A true case about fraud in our elections would have to be appealed to We the People directly as We the People stand above the court as the highest authorities and We the People can ordain anything We want including arresting every attorney in the country for espionage.
Anyone who can read the Preamble to the Constitution should understand that appealing anything to attorneys pretending to be judges is an act of subversion that gives away our position as the highest authorities to our enemies from the British Crown’s BAR.
