Retaliation and Cover-up

State Party leadership removes local officers

who filed federal election lawsuit regarding Officials’ Abuse of Office

In a retaliatory effort to cover State leadership failures, NH GOP Party Chairman
Chris Ager charged ahead last night with a directive to remove Merrimack County
Committee local leadership. Ager also scheduled a vote for later this month TBD to
replace Chairwoman Karen Testerman and Vice Chair Patricia Jorgensen with more
docile and compliant local officers. Ager acted despite his lack of authority under
state party rules that local committee members elect their own executive boards.

Testerman, duly elected as Merrimack’s GOP Chairman since December 2022, wrote
that while apparently removed from office by Ager last night, the vote was
improperly conducted in her absence under rules of operation.

Ager’s removal of both the local Chairman and Vice-Chair appears to be retaliation
for filing a federal lawsuit challenging State leaders scheme to dilute GOP party
primary election results naming the state candidate for U.S. President in the 2024
general election. Trump handily won the NH GOP primary last month, despite
thousands of bad faith votes switched from Independent and Democrat voters.

A multi-state campaign to open GOP primary elections to opposition voters is a
national strategy to keep Donald Trump off state ballots. It was conducted in
multiple states where Bad Faith actor-voters were encouraged to register as
Independents under new party rules which allowed them to switch back and forth
to GOP on primary election day (from Independent and Democrat party status). This
Ager-manipulated rule-process allowed switch-hitters to demand a GOP primary
ballot enabling them vote against Trump for the State Primary. This quiet national
‘procedural rules’ alteration of voter laws was contested in court by Testerman and
others, who twice have sued Ager personally. Those two cases are in various stages
of federal court, each aiming for U.S. Supreme Court review.

Will the members of the MCRC accept this retaliation from the NHRSC Executive
Committee? The need to suppress public criticism (of the Governor, GOP Chairman,
and Secretary of State) means powerful politicians can commit and control flagrant
abuses of authority by slapping back to punish those like Testerman who stand up
to tyranny.

Whose next?

Testerman writes, “I have been open and transparent. A leader sometimes has to step
out in front to correct what is wrong, to draw attention to institutional abuse, and to
challenge corrupted authority. I want to thank those MCRC members who trust my
leadership. Trust in God and pray for these bad-faith actors, so we can come together
for the good of our state election process.“

“Our efforts to reform the New Hampshire illegitimate voting process has not gone
unnoticed. Nationally several states (notably Illinois, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania,
Louisiana among others) worked to close their Primary election selection process after
similar dilution-schemes were instituted by party leaders.”

“We are shining a light on the fact that our leadership would have us confused and
divided, rather than working towards strengthening both the party and mainstream
America. National polling data demonstrates that these ideals are gaining favor across
all demographics. It is our goal to rebuild a stronger party that works to attract and
retain new members so that other political offices -– school boards for traditional and
Freedom Account-funded schools; zoning boards that protect single-family home
ownership and other local-rule policy areas can build stronger coalitions with
inclusion.”

“The public is finally waking up to the effects of political cronyism. The stagnant
divisive political schemes like the one perpetuated in the State Primary election
dishonor our communities and our children. America is not about personal power
exercised for individual agendas.”

“The MCRC will call its own special meeting to discuss matters before us. I will be
calling on Vice-Chair Patricia Jorgensen to oversee the meeting so that everyone will
feel free to voice their concerns.”

We are winning back America, and I thank all of you for your wisdom, patience and understanding.
God bless you and God bless the State of New Hampshire and America.
