JUST A REMINDER!
VOTE at the HIGH SCHOOL
MARCH 12, 2024

Phil Greazzo – Town Council
Becky Soule – Town Council
Lauren Messina – Library Trustee
Sheila MacDonald – School Board

Article 2 – YES on putting the budget on the ballot
Article 3, Amendment 1 – YES on setting minimum lot size to 1.5 for detached ADUs
Article 3, Amendment 3 – NO on removing 18 homes from the historic district
Article 4 – NO on a new substation

NOTE:
Please note that the BRA will never take money from candidates in return for an endorsement. However it’s very expensive to run for local offices. These are volunteer positions and office-holders do not get paid. The cost of 50 signs and stands is around $400. If each of our 1,300 members would donate just $5, we could cover those costs for all the candidates we support. We will be putting up an online shopping cart to accommodate donations. If we get enough donations, in the future, we may also be able to send out a town-wide flyer.

Also, the BRA has not yet started having public meetings but we may in the future.

Coming Up: Housing Forum on March 20…. You will want to attend this meeting if you care about preserving Bedford’s small town atmosphere and single family neighborhoods. Read why you should be concerned.
