Watch Senator Gray explain how the election portal will be no different than walking into your town or city hall to register to vote… EXCEPT the big difference is the voter will NOT be walking into the town or city hall. The Clerk will not be able to verify the voter is who they say they are because the voter will be at their computer or on their phone making their requests.

Remember – Senator Gray was behind the sneaky push and ultimate passage of HB 154 too! Gray also was a prime sponsor of SB70 which was a senate election portal bill that was ITL in 2023. Now we have HB 463 which is really SB70 2.0… We do not trust you Senator Gray!
