HB 1205 relative to women’s school sports, or also more commonly known as, fairness in women’s sports, was passed by the NH House on 3/21/24 and then was passed by the Senate Education Committee on 5/7/2024.
HB 1205 will be voted on by the Full NH Senate on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
