| Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Illegal Vaccine Mandate I was connected via Facebook a few week’s ago with Shannon Buttermore, who is being denied a kidney transplant at Dartmouth Hitchcock for not getting the Covid-19 vaccine. I was absolutely incredulous that Dartmouth Hitchcock had such a mandate (for many vaccines, not just the Covid-19 vaccine) because HB 1003 of 2022, which passed unanimously through both chambers, made it illegal to deny medical care based on vaccine status. You can find the Patient Bill of Rights here. Section XXII. Dartmouth Hitchcock has been made aware through multiple channels that they are violating the law, and yet they have refused to list Shannon for her transplant. I did an interview with Shannon and Kevin Buttermore if you want to hear the entire story. Interview begins at marker 19:38. ![]() Please email Attorney General John Formella ATTORNEYGENERAL@DOJ.NH.GOV Talking points: -Patient Bill of Rights prohibits a patient being denied medical care for refusing any vaccine -Dartmouth Hitchcock has always had a vaccine mandate for transplant patients and has knowingly been violating the law since it was enacted in 2022 -Shannon Buttermore and all future patients should not have their health held hostage over their willingness to be vaccinated -AG Formella has an obligation to uphold the rule of lawRule Change Gets TabledThank you to everyone who contacted their representatives.
