On March 7th Daniel Richard was invited to speak to the Election Law sub-committee on a few topics relating to election law. Daniel has been studying the NH Constitution for the last 10 years and has become an expert in election law. He will discuss citizenship, absentee voting and affidavits, domicile vs inhabitant, among other topics.
