Update from Hampton Taxpayer Group Volunteers needed – important survey to send to the Governor!

***HAMPTON TAXPAYER GROUP (HTG) ACTION ITEMS1.  TOWN OF HAMPTON 2024 PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT VALUES.

***VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

HTG needs volunteers, who would be willing, as a taxpayer in Hampton, to have the following information shared as either a public notice and/or lawsuit.

 – name,

 – property’s assessed value before the 2024 townwide statistical revaluation, and

 – property’s assessed value after he 2024 townwide statistical revaluation.

This information would be used as either a public notice to the selectboard and state officials and/or a lawsuit against the town of Hampton for disproportional (unfair) property tax.

NOTE: The information sought to be publicized is already available under the Vision Appraisal Database on the Assessing page at http://www.hamptonnh.gov/

2.  ZONING / HOUSING IN LEGISLATION IN CONCORD. FROM THE COALITION OF NEW HAMPSHIRE TAXPAYERS
Tell Governor Ayotte to stop signing housing bills that steal your right to vote at town meeting where you help determine how your town is developed. This petition reminds her that she pledged to preserve local control.
