We The People are demanding a federal investigation into the perpetual concealment of sadistic rape, torture and abuse by state employees perpetrated upon the children who they were tasked to protect.

The people additionally demand an independent citizen oversight committee that will review any and all complaints that are brought forth by juveniles and the families of juveniles who are in State custody.
