We hope you will take action. https://bedfordresidents.com/bra/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Bills_BRA_4-15-24.pdf We are attempting to stop legislation that would virtually eradicate single-family neighborhoods all across the state of NH as has been done in California and Washington among other states. Between 70%-80% of all families surveyed said they chose, or would eventually choose, a single-family home on its own property, as their preferred living arrangement. We believe this choice should NOT be eliminated. State Reps Joe Sweeney (R-Salem), Joe Alexander (R-Goffstown) and Josh Yokela (R-Fremont) and now Ross Berry (R-Manchester) are pushing the “Strong Towns” agenda which is the eradication of the suburbs and the promotion of cities. 63 other Reps voted for it, most not knowing what they were doing. We have contacted each one and have had a few write back. We have studied this agenda since 1992 and more people are starting to understand the issue.
