Senate Health and Human Services SH, Room 100 9:00 a.m. – SUPPORT –HB1213 This bill removes the state vaccine mandate from all childcare centers. This would mean that in the future, some childcare centers may still choose to have a vaccine mandate, but others would have no vaccine requirements. Click here to register your disposition. House Municipal and County Government LOB, Room 301-303 10:00 a.m. – DEMAND AMENDMENT– SB63 The history of this bill is literally years long, but to keep things brief, the point of the bill is to limit the ability of localities from making tyrannical health ordinances, mask mandates, lockdown orders, etc. The way the Senate wrote the bill, it does not do that. In fact, I believe the bill in its current form does absolutely nothing. Please write to the committee and tell them to amend SB63 to protect individual liberty from tyrannical overreach by limiting health ordinances. Thursday, the Senate amended SB459 to be a study committee. This is kind of a nice way of killing the bill. There was an attempt to amend SB417 to remove the dangerous language removing due process from parents, but the amendment failed. The bill moves to the House where we will work on correcting it. Towards Liberty, Melissa Blasek Executive Director, RebuildNH ![]() |
